Social Department

The Social Department was established in 1995 and it includes three programs that provide financial, material and in-kind support for orphans, widows, underprivileged families and individuals. Seven volunteers and one employee endeavor to achieve the aim of these programs.

Sponsorship Program

Sponsorship ProgramAjialouna plays the role of a mediator between the sponsor and the beneficiary. This sponsorship ranges covers educational fees, healthcare and social benefits.

Assistance to Widows and Needy FamiliesThis program started in 1995 and is dedicated to assist women who support their families. It benefits 327 widows in Beirut, 50 widows in Tripoli and 148 needy families. Learn More

Ramadan Program

Ramadan ProgramOn a yearly basis, during the holy month of Ramadan, Ajialouna Association provides social assistance for families in need. Ajialouna is implementing the project Ramadan Iftar Banquets during the holy month of Ramadan for about 4,500 families for an average of 27,000 people. Learn More

Iftar Orphans (Break the Fasting for Orphans)
